How do I get more credits?
You can purchase additional credits through the Credit Management page. We offer Starter ($29.99), Professional ($49.99), and Enterprise ($129.99) plans with auto-renewal options.
Why is my WordPress integration not working?
Ensure your WordPress URL, username, and application password are correctly configured in Settings. The application password is different from your regular WordPress password and must be generated in your WordPress admin panel.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Your credits will remain valid until used, and you can reactivate your subscription later.
How accurate is the AI-generated content?
Our AI generates high-quality content, but we recommend reviewing and editing all content before publication. AI-generated content should be fact-checked and customized for your brand voice.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds for technical issues that prevent service delivery. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable, but we handle each case individually for customer satisfaction.
