ArcanoLabs is an AI-powered marketing suite that provides content generation, blog management, social media automation, and various marketing tools to help businesses scale their content marketing efforts.

ArcanoLabs provides the following services:

• DALL-E image generation and management
• WordPress integration and automated publishing
• AI agent workflows for content automation

• Credit-based usage system (Mana and Arcane credits)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credit System and Payments

ArcanoLabs operates on a credit-based system with two types of credits:

• Mana Credits: Used for basic content generation, WordPress publishing, and standard AI operations
• Arcane Credits: Used for advanced AI agent workflows, DALL-E image generation, and premium features

Credits are consumed upon successful completion of operations. Refunds for consumed credits are not available except in cases of technical failure that prevents service delivery. Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable.

Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Create spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or violence
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Generate adult content, explicit material, or content harmful to minors

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. However, by using AI-generated content, you acknowledge that such content may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable law.

Our Platform: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ArcanoLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content: Images generated through DALL-E and other third-party AI services are subject to the respective terms of those services. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated through our AI services is created by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publication. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is:

• Factually accurate or up-to-date
• Free from bias or inappropriate content
• Compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
• Original or free from potential copyright issues

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of all content before publication or use.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
